What is a credit?
Credits cover new AI work such as measuring a new question or refreshing an audit. Reading results already stored by CiteGist does not use more credits.
What happens when I run out?
New work pauses until your allowance resets. Everything already measured stays readable - your scores, answers, citations, history and exports are unaffected.
Do purchased credits expire?
No. Top-up credits never expire while your subscription is active, and your monthly allowance is always spent first.
How does cancelling work?
Cancel from billing to stop the next renewal. Paid access continues until the end of your current billing period.
What if I'm not ranked at all?
That's the common starting point and it's the useful case: you can see exactly which questions you're absent from, who the engines name instead, and what those engines say about them.
