    Updated October 21, 2026

    Key takeaway

William Eggers, Daniel Chenok, Marquis Cabrera, Michael J. Keegan and Jennifer Pahlka recur, but the engines draw on different lists. Perplexity and one Copilot and one Google AI Mode sample follow the Thinkers360 thought-leader list, Gemini mixes it with state CIOs and civic tech names, and Copilot's other sample ranks CIOs and executives from award lists. Eggers, Chenok, Cabrera and Keegan from the Thinkers360 GovTech list appear across several engines, and Jennifer Pahlka appears in ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode.
